Gnat and Bee Golden Milk

Grounding turmeric & spice blend  Turmeric is known to be anti-inflammatory: relieves joint stiffness, immune support, improves digestion, memory and promotes overall wellness & joy.

This blend is balanced in spices - which enhances turmeric's antioxidant power. fresh ground black pepper helps our bodies absorb the goodness of the turmeric. Marshmallow root helps soothe our digestive system and offset turmeric's inherent drying qualities.

To brew: simmer one cup of your favorite milk or water, add (at most) 1 teaspoon of golden milk powder, sweeten to taste and enjoy!
